Official Communiqué - 51st Pacific Islands Chiefs of Police Conference

The 51^st Pacific Islands Chiefs of Police (PICP) annual conference was held in Nuku’alofa, in the Kingdom of Tonga from 2 – 6 September 2024. Police Chiefs, Commissioners, Directors, and delegated representatives (the PICP) from 20 out of 22 member countries were in attendance, including American Samoa, Australia, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Fiji, French Polynesia, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Nauru, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Niue, Palau, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, and Vanuatu. Kiribati, the Marshall Islands and New Caledonia were represented at Deputy and Assistant Commissioner level.
