Pacific Leading with Stakeholders (LWS) Programme

The Pacific Faculty of Policing is currently offering access to short online programmes and development opportunities.

This LWS programme is designed as a series of 3 online workshops to enhance capabilities of police officers in working with key partners and stakeholders, both within and external to their police organisations. This programme will provide participants with a number of theories and frameworks to make progress on their individual and collective challenges working with partners in law enforcement and their own teams.

This programme will be delivered via Zoom over a three day period, with each session being four hours. The dates of these sessions are stated below:

  • Tuesday, 22 March 2022,
  • Tuesday, 5 April 2022, and
  • Tuesday, 19 April 2022.

To complete the programme, participants must attend each online session. This programme is ideal for senior supervisors in the workplace who are looking to improve engagement within their organisation, together with other key partners and stakeholders.

Participants will require access to an individual computer with video and audio capability (ie headphones and camera is essential). This programme is not suitable for delivery to a group of people sharing one computer. Participants will be required to source their own access. Some printed programme material is required.

Nominations for this programme close on Monday 14 March 2022.

A PFP Online Programme Nomination form (see attachment below) must be completed and emailed to Pacific@aipm.gov.au for each participant by the nomination closing date. Up to 8 nominations per country will be considered.
